On October 10, 2023, the 5th Episode of The Luminary Program launched, entitled Vision and Learning – Why Visual Skills Impact Academic Performance.
In this episode, we dive into some of the specifics of vision conditions that influence reading and learning so that the viewer will gain more understanding, including research about what we are describing and some very basic yet effective vision screening techniques that can easily be administered. In addition, two case examples are provided. This will provide the viewer with much greater insight of how these vision issues affect reading and learning for children and adults as well.
