What is Vision Therapy?:

Vision therapy is a rehabilitative program, prescribed to treat developmental and/or neurologically induced dysfunctions of the visual system. The American Optometric Association defines vision therapy as a sequence of neurosensory and neuromuscular activities individually prescribed and monitored by a doctor to develop, rehabilitate, and enhance visual skills and processing.

Treatment Areas:

Hundreds of healthcare professionals turn to Wow Vision Therapy as their West Michigan referral center for children, teens and adults presenting with vision conditions such as amblyopia, convergence insufficiency/double vision, see-sick syndrome, post-concussion vision syndrome, strabismus, or vision and learning problems. We also provide vision treatment for developmentally delayed individuals or individuals on the autism spectrum, to improve their daily living and learning abilities. Furthermore, we provide sports vision training for athletes.

About Us:

At Wow Vision Therapy, we are a world-class developmental and rehabilitative vision therapy practice. Our doctors, board-certified vision therapists, and staff dedicate each day to helping our patients acquire improved vision abilities. These improvements empower our patients', instill a greater sense of confidence, and improve daily life skills.
